Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for ordering with us. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel right, please let us know. We’ll try to help!

1 - Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received:-

We will give you a free exchange

Please reach us within 5 days and we’ll raise a pickup request

Once the product reaches us back, we will inspect the product and ship your new product/s.

2 - Don't like the product/size/others

We will charge a nominal fee for the pickup & delivery.

Please reach us within 5 days after delivery. Once the product reaches us back our team will inspect the product and ship your new products. The minimum exchange charge of 99 rupees per customer may vary depending on the quantity of the exchanged product.

3 - For return orders, a website coupon equal to the order amount minus shipping will be issued once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. The coupon can be redeemed within one year from the issue date. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with the tag intact.

Eligibility criteria:-

The product should be in the right condition with tags intact.

We will not accept exchange/return requests after 5 days of delivery.

2nd Time Exchange is not Possible.
